Rules:
This
Warhammer 40,000 tournament will be run under NTS 1 rule guidelines.
·
One detachment from the standard force organisation
chart only. 1,500 point armies.
·
No options that require an opponent’s permission
are allowed.
·
All non-Optional Chapter Approved articles will be
used (i.e. no Vehicle/Monster Design Rules, the road rules and marching etc)
·
Armies will be judged on painting, sportsmanship
and army selection as well as overall game performance.
·
Armies must be fully painted and all war gear must
be visible on the models.
The
following are NOT provided: dice,
measuring devices, codices for your army or rulebooks. Please send a copy of
your army list to the organiser prior to the start of the tournament. All
entry payments should be sent to Stephen Black as per instructions on the

Rules:
·
Saturday games use 2250 point armies. Sunday games
to use 2500 point armies. 7th ed rules to be used. No special
characters. All lists to be submitted to organiser at least one week prior to
event.
·
Scoring: Each player will earn a total score out of
170 – 100 battle, 25 comp, 25 sport, 20 organiser-judged appearance. Comp and
sports will be peer-judged, while battle will be the total points earned over
the five games, using a system that allocates battle points based on victory
points margin.
·
A beauty pageant will be conducted before the
second game on Sunday.
·
Five games played over two
days; three on Saturday (Game length: 2 hrs 30 min.), two on Sunday Game length:
2 hrs 45 min.). Standard pitched battles with possibility of kill the general
scenario.
·
All models must be indicative
of what they represent and must be at least undercoated. Only fifty places open
for the competition. Prize will be awarded for the highest placed junior after
the other places are determined.
The

LORD OF THE RINGS
And so
we come to it at last … the greatest battles of our time at LEVIATHAN!
·
Blue 2nd edition
hardback rules are to be used. White Dwarf articles from issue 309 onwards
valid.
·
You will need one 650 point
army using Legions of Middle Earth or subsequent supplements for army list
construction. Lists to be supplied to organiser at least two weeks before comp.
for checking. Standard rounds will use this army. Game scenarios in player pack
to be sent out in player pack in March.
·
You will also need one 500
point army using only figures that cost 50 points or more. After each round
there will be a Heroes and Monsters game where you will use this army in a
variation of Seize the Prize! Your army must be either Evil or Good, with any
figures from that alignment allowed – no army lists are used. Usual
restrictions of one instance of character e.g. one Gandalf.
·
Swiss chess for matching. Six
rounds, each of two games.
·
Scoring: Game score 60%;
Painting score 20% assessed by organiser; Sportsmanship 20% by ballot at end of
tournament as per Leviathan 07.
A copy of your army list should be forwarded to the organiser prior to the tournament date. Scenario details will be included in a player pack that will be sent to registered entrants. Include your phone number. All convention entry payments should be sent to Stephen Black as per instructions on the attached entry form.

Tournament
rules:
Come and join in the first official tournament using
the new LRB5 ruleset. Be a pioneer and bathe in the glory and blood as teams go
head to head, battling for the championship at Leviathan 08. An
official NAF competition. Non NAF registered coaches can register by paying $15
extra for NAF membership registration to enter this competition. Registration
will be arranged upon receipt of your money. Contact Pete for the advantages of
this membership.

6 games over two days. First
game kicks off at 9:30am Saturday 19th. 2 and a half hours per game
strictly enforced.
·
1.1M TV. Stars and
inducements included, no cards. Resurrection.
·
All models must be fully
painted and representative or you will not play. [Undercoat does not count as
fully painted!]
·
Scoring is same as the World
Cup. Swiss Chess system. Games run in a round robin format (loosely seeded
on day two). Comp. points will be awarded
for wins/losses, painting & sportsmanship. Painting and sportsmanship awards
do not affect overall standing but are separate prizes.

Where
metal meets and steam and magic combine there can only be action packed
excitement on the table! Full Metal Gamers Present one day of hard gaming
followed by a more relaxing event to finish the weekend.

Rules: Day 1 – Saturday
19th:
·
750 points Privateer Press combined event.
Warmachine and Hordes using the rules and scenarios of Steamroller 3.0 except
for slight modifications.
·
Two lists allowed. Both from same faction. Please
bring two copies of each list, one for the organiser and one for your opponent.
·
Rounds will be time limited – 10 minutes per turn
with last round called at the 60 minute mark.
·
No victory points will be awarded with caster kill
and scenario victories being awarded. Tie break will be strength of schedule.
·
Miniatures need not be fully painted but must be
undercoated to be used. All models must be PP Warmachine models. Please bring
along at least one piece of terrain each on the weekend.

Aegyptus

·
Warbands up to 1500 pts following all restrictions
in rule book. Harbingers must start at 1 Ka. Equipment should be as depicted on
figure. (Armour can be one grade higher. Any shield may be called Large by
paying points. All weapons must be correctly represented except javelins and
throwing clubs.) Figures must be undercoated. Ka levels may be acquired
throughout tournament via victory in Provocation. Non-Harbinger characters may
acquire Great Deeds. Submit Warband lists to organiser prior to event. For more

Tournament Rules: Competition
will be run under the following rules:

Aust. Tactika 2ND Edition 2004 Ed. rules used.
·
Competition will be 5 rounds using a modified Swiss
Chess draw. Saturday 3 rounds – Each game 2 ½ hrs long with players fielding
two divisions per game. Each division must be fielded once on the day. Sunday 2
rounds – Each game 3 hrs long with 3 divisions fielded each game. Any
divisions may be fielded but casualties are carried over from earlier games.
·
300 pace rulers and 360 range measuring arcs are
compulsory and must be used during games. See Competition organiser.

15MM FIELD OF GLORY
The
first tournament in Sydney playing the new Osprey published ancient rules. This
is a themed tournament.
Tournament
Rules: Competition
will be run under the following rules.
·
Armies to be chosen from the ‘Rise of Rome’
army list book only. Armies not to exceed 800pts.
·
Army lists must specify number and size of battle
groups, order of march for deployment and the number of commanders chosen.
Submitted army lists cannot be changed or altered other than to correct any
errors. Players may only correct errors by making reasonable changes to their
list. Lists cannot be completely rewritten. Organisers decision is final on list
variations. All army lists to be sent to organiser for verification.
·
Terrain to be preset. 3 rounds per day. 2 hours and
20 minutes per game. Sat 8:30 briefing time. Game starts at 9am.
